好好吃午餐
周六下午,通常沒人打擾。
喜歡烹調簡單西菜,意粉是首選。
把昨夜吃剩的紅酒燉肉翻熱;
長通粉灼熟後,放進下了大量蒜茸片、已經炒了好一會的橄欖油;
下鹽巴,多炒兩回,上碟。
按喜好配上適度燉肉。
午餐,也要吃好。
