當燒豬皮遇上pinot noir

慘喇~慘喇~

今日下午要去wine lunch,好震撼地破戒了!!!

(本身如果唔係wine lunch係好好多的,如燒腩肉,正常可以去皮,但正因為個皮好配pinot noir,若你不吃那皮,就嚐不到那種aftertaste,所以...... 我竟然好誇張地吃了最肥人的豬腩皮呀!明天實俾營養師鬧死了......)

做飲食記者學人去減肥,真係諷刺!
